It’s Giving Tuesday, and I want to share with you what is important to me- preserving US citizens’ rights and freedoms, and giving everyone equal access to important resources. As a result, I am the Secretary of my local Lions Club Chapter, a big fan of public libraries, work at my local polling place during elections, and support the American Civil Liberties Union. Participating in these things is a way that I can make a difference in my local community and country when I sometimes otherwise feel helpless.
I invite you to consider your contribution to what is important to you today. Whether you give your time, talent, or money- it matters. I encourage you to take action and participate.
As entrepreneurs, we are DOERS and change makers. We are also whole people with causes and communities we care about. Whether you care about the same issues as me or choose something else, I urge you to do something if you aren’t already.
